The 21st century is an age of adoring management, constructing entirely a society with comparatively good living standard and socialist harmony. The economic support is very important for the harmony and development of our society. In addition, the development of private enterprises concerns the harmony and improvement of society. On the basic of "harmony", Chinese traditional thinking originates from thousands Confucian culture. It stresses a lot of thoughts, such as thinking of human being as the essence, harmonizing softness and hardness, coordinating emotion and disposition, replacing profit with morality. It emphasizes the harmony about human being and nature, group, society. It has been an independent system of human-centered thinking. It is a good resolution of many methods of thinking and ideas of management, a solution of imitating west managerial model, a connection of Chinese traditional management and advance modern management. This paper talks about the harmonious thinking, private enterprises and the guidance for the former to the latter. Firstly, the concept, various stages and present conditions of harmonious thinking are defined. It depends on the systematic opinion with the object of coexist and intergrowth. It also can harmonize various relations in all thinking targets. It includes many levels, such as knowledge and information, motive and harmony, intelligence and wisdom. Its main traits include object, diversity, practice, continuity, intersection, entirety, and so on. According to its historic development, this section summarizes Chinese ancient harmonious thinking and the new development, especially the development of Marxism, from past to today, abroad to home. It analyses the essence, causes, levels of harmonious thinking from different periods interacted. Secondly, this paper analyses the concept of private enterprises and the different stages of the management development. Entirely speaking, private enterprises increase very rapidly, but for the long history and donation of feudalism and planned economy, the confusion of value's measure and diversified constructing elements of society in the turning of society, and the characters of private enterprises controlled by family members and the complex of the interpersonal relationship, some unharmonious phenomenon arise in the development of private enterprises'management, such as cultural management and personal relationship becoming discord, which cause the common phenomenon "never be adult and independent"and "falling star". However the rapid development of information technology, the arrival of the intellectual economy age, and China joining the WTO, all these became the challenge and offer the opportunity for private enterprises. This paper analyses the reason why there is not harmonious and the urgency of resolving this problem in private enterprises in the light of specific condition of on-the-spot investigations. At last, we explore the harmonious thinking'specific instruction to private enterprises'management, which is the gist of this paper. We try to construct a systematic model of private enterprises'management with practicability and Chinese characters through the cultural management of enterprises, managerial model of enterprises, harmonious interpersonal relationship of the enterprises and harmonious outside social relationship of the enterprises after the primary explanation of the link between the harmonious thinking and private enterprises, which specifically including the harmony of spirit culture with activity culture, institution culture, and material culture, the harmonious coexist of different managerial systems, the mutual beneficial of different managerial ideas, methods of management, and the mutual help of employees, and the harmonious development of enterprises and various social departments and so on.
