With further progression in reform, the opening up, and the improvement of marketing condition in relation to the national economy, China’s private economy has become an integral and important part of our national economy.China’s labor relations have great changes,especially conflict in the current labor relations is increasing. labor-capital relation is increasingly becoming a crucial subject and sensitive social problem in the process of economic development.This paper takes Marx labor relation theory as the foundation stone. Based on the Chinese socialist marketing economy and the present situation of labor relations, On the basis of reading the theories of labor relation of domestic and foreign Privately enterprise widely. This paper analyses the basic features and chief Problems of labor relation of private enterprise.at the same time comprehensively and systematically generalizes the mode of labor relation of foreign main countries of market economy. At last, concludes specific measures in construction harmonious labor relations of the private enterprises.The main content of this paper includes the following sections:Chapter one is the introduction, mainly covering the background, significance, research methodology, literature review section.Chapter two are Marx’s labor theory, and theoretically study on requirements of building harmonious labor relations. Describes Marx’s Economic And Philosophic Manuscripts of1844and Das Kapital, and the duality of labor relations of the private enterprises, the basic requirements for harmonious labor relations in China insist on fairness and justice, and insist on cooperation, sharing of benefits.Chapter three is an analysis of current situation of labor relations at the present stage in China. First of all,outlines the characteristics of labor relations of the private enterprises,then analyse the problems and causes in labor relations.Chapter four are concrete measures of building harmonious labor relations in private enterprises. This part draws some specific measures on harmonious labor relations in private enterprises:to improve the quality of employees;to build a people-oriented employer;to form efficient labor union;to have service-oriented government; to develop harmonious corporate culture.
