Based on the Chinese socialist marketing economy and the present situation of labor relations, On the basis of reading the theories of labor relation of domestic and foreign Privately enterprise widely. This paper analyses the basic features and chief Problems of labor relation of private enterprise.at the same time comprehensively and systematically generalizes the mode of labor relation of foreign main countries of market economy.
