Management Research In Private Enterprises' Property Reform And Trimming

Nowadays, corporation governance is a hot topic in the theory and practice societies both home and abroad. Compared to the west's research in this field from the 30s last century, China starts such research in 90s of the 20-century. The cores of corporation governance are having a reasonable allocation of residual claim and residual rights of control, establishing a scientific mechanism of policy making, motivation and constraint, harmonizing the relationship among interest-parties, thus resulting in decrease of deputy cost and increase of efficiency of corporation administrating. With the deep development of China's open-up policy and booming of private enterprise, how to manage and develop private enterprise becomes a hot focus. Although private enterprises have gotten eye-taking development, they still have to face many awkward challenge and difficulties, which retard their going ahead. Especially, they always face many difficulties and backwaters in process of untangle of property rights in old systems, enlargement of business scale and establishment of modern company management model, etc. Following the analysis sequence of theories to practices to comparisons to cases to results, in this essay I firstly have made a systematical introduction and review of theories about property rights, company management and managerial structures, etc, and give up a brief comment; then, according to the real developing situation of private enterprises, I have studied and reviewed the process of variation of private enterprises'property rights, their firm management and managerial problems, the relationship between reform of property rights and corporation management and its managerial aim;next,on the bases of economy, culture tradition, national laws and policies, market mechanism,ect,with the comparison and analysis of different companies about their managing modals, I have come to a proposal that our nation's private enterprises should follow a developing way which will be suitable to its own characters and situation; in the important part of this essay, I have studied some ways and methods of property rights 'reform innovation, given a deep probe in private enterprises'family management and non-family management, company shareholding reform, emphasized that private enterprise should build new administrating systems, stressed the necessity that private enterprise should also make part of its property rights socialized and public to coordinate its rapid and healthy growing in new economy; to support my view mentioned above, I have used Wang An Company as a example to probe how a medium or a small-scaled private enterprise can make a wonderful development in its operation with the use of Wang An's managerial case, carry out property rights reform, establish management valuing index system ,absorb talented personnel and enlarge corporation scale, improve management skills ,etc, to gain a higher operation and management efficiency. In this paper I have also hold a special emphases that private enterprise should re-build three new mechanisms of policy making, motivating and constraining, thus perfect its business administration.
