Modern Property Rights System Reform Corporate Financial Research

In the transition process from the Planned Economy to the Socialism Market Economy, the principal target of reform of China's corporations ,especially state-owned corporations ,is to establish modem corporation institution ,however, to realize this target ,the reform of property rights institution is an important issue that can't be evaded ,Under the topicof reform of property rights institution ,corporate finance which plays an important role in modem corporation institution is undoubtedly worth to play attention to .The purpose of this article is just to uncover some theoretical and practical issues related to modem corporation finance under the reform of property rights institution. The whole article includes three sections .Section one combined with theories of modem property rights economy ,analyses the fundamental theory issues related to corporation finance(including issues of financial body, financial nature , financial objection, financial capital and capital structure ). Section two seriously discusses issues of modem corporate governance and corporate financial governance .The last section introduces specific exertions related to theories the first and second sections have discussed. It mainly refers to the current major financial problems lying in China's state- owned corporations and main measures. It attempts to probe into effective solutions beneficial to the reform of China's current state-owned corporations from the viewpoint of finance.
