Study Of State-owned Property Rights System Reform

This article,utilizing some Karl Marx's theory and Western theory of property rights,analyzed one of the major problems that China is facing:the reform of the state owned large and medium enterprises. It reviewed the difficult course of reform on the property rights system from delegating powers to lower levels,responsibility system of management under contract,trial of system of shares in selected enterprises to the establishment of modern enterprise system,analyzed the relationship between efficiency of enterprise and the ownership structure,clarification of property rights and arrangement of managerial authority. It commented on the content and problems of the reform on property rights of state owned enterprises,such as the enterprise status,establishing the enterprise ownership of the property,constituting the main-body of the multi-elemental property rights,the free trade of the property rights and the relation of each interest. It also provided author's individual suggestion to above problems.
