Study On Cyclic Economy Development Model In China & Its' Application

First of all, the dissertation presents the history of the cyclic economy theory and the process of the cyclic economy technology development according those available data. The thesis summarizes the feature of the cyclic economy theory and illuminate clearly from the two points of view, firstly, from the aspect of theory, there are three points: the social background, the central content, the current situation; as to the practice, it mostly set forth from the three cycle of the firms, the district and all the society, finds the different between the inland and the foreign. On the basis of above theories and the feature of the condensation model industrialization society which mostly developing countries possess, the lecture analyses the advantage and the disadvantage if China build the cyclic economy, then try to research the root of the problem of resources and environment, the research includes such facets: economy, cultural history, the social tradition . This thesis still rise a series of issues, for instance, the soft-right limit, huge population and lower literacy, different social system, special industrial material rule etc. According to those problems, the dissertation put forward a kind of system innovation to solve and keep away the possible plight. At the third part of the lecture, the countermeasure how to build an appropriate cyclic economy system is stressed, according to the experiences that foreign countries build cyclic economy and the practice that some districts erected cyclic economy in China, the thesis not only provide something needs to pay attention, moreover, discuss the way to build the cyclic economy from the two aspects of the formal system design and the informal system design. The last main-part takes Chongqing as an example to research cyclic economy. According to the factual situation of Chongqing and the demand of the cyclic economy system design, the thesis works out blueprint to this region, illustrates the plan from the four points: macro-policy, organization measure, industrial structure alteration, ideology etc.
