Study On Legislation Of Cyclic Economy System In China

Cyclic economy is one kind of the new economic style. It is proposed for pressure of sustained economic growth in resources and environment. Cyclic economy's principle are 'reduce, reuse and recycle', it's core are the efficient use and cyclic use of resources, and it's basic characteristics are the low consumption, lower emission and high efficiency. This mode of economic growth meets with the concept of sustainable development. It's a fundamental change by the mode of traditional economic growth of'a lot of production, consumption and waste'. In China, it is very important to ensure that our economy and society's sustainable development by establishing and improving the legal system of cyclic economy.However, our legislation relating to cyclic economy is still at the early stage. According to the main problems of our legal system of cyclic economy, such as the backward of implementation rules, the poor coordination legal system etc, the paper will establish, revise and improve the cyclic and low-carbon economy model and deposit returned system etc by comparing to the developed countries'advanced experience, such as Germany, Japan and The United States. At the same time, we should bring low-carbon economy into cyclic economy legal system, shaping an economic legal system named great circulation.
