On The Reasons And Resolution Strategies Of Administrative Power Disorder In Transformative Period

Administrative power,as a special branch of public powers, its position has direct effect on the politic situation of the whole nation and people's social life. This essay, based on the achievements of other scholars in this field, systematically analyzes the cause of the disorder situation of administrative power and proposes corresponding resolution strategies. In the hope that it will be of some value to the precaution of the disorder problem. This essay falls into three chapters. The first chapter espousals the nature features and the harmful sides of the disorder of administrative power, pointing out that disorder of administrative power is the result of the conflict between the implementation of the power and the origin of it . Administrative power, as a special power form. Its disorder inevitably has differential natures and features from that of other power. The second chapter detail's the cause of the disorder of administrative power in the regards of the disorder of social structure, fixed evils of traditional administrative culture and the natural feature of administrative power. The third chapter proposes some detailed solutions to this problem: adjusting administrative benefit structure, promoting administrative culture altered ,establishing a system of restrain to administrate power.
