Study On The Market Access Rules Of The Financial Service Market Of China

After entering the WTO, the specific requests of all agreements that China has participated in have been parts of our nation' s internal law, and at the same time, our specific promises in the field of financial service have been clear. As there. still remains many characters of the planning economic to some degree in our nation' s legal system and market rules, there is still distance between the basic principles and contents of the financial legal system especially the market access rules and the requests of the WTO legal system. So, in order to perform our liabilities better and defend our legal rights, it' s necessary for us to study the market access system under the WTO legal system, and reform our current financial legal system according to the relative requests. This article begins with the studying on the market access system under the WTO legal system especially the financial market access system, combine with our promises made when we entering the WTO and current financial legal system, analyses the shortcomings of our promises made when we entering the WTO and relative laws, emphasizing on the studying on the most important departments of financial service, the insurance, bank and bond market, and give some advice on the improvement of them.
