The question which is raising among politicians and observers is about the new role for international organization especially U.N. through the sole pole, some others go to expect absolute changing of U.N., make it humanity power agency and proceeding peace keeper within a limited role in international affairs like human rights, battling against poverty and improvement ...etc, to complete the view of the new world reality during the role of the international organizations dieing down including U.N. and through the military power rising above international law and other international conventions. Or we could watch U.N. changing to a union consisting of some organization united by agreement such as (NATO, NAFTA), or to get its function as a Para-independent separated unity. But the time could be suitable also for U.N. to change itselffrom permanent vertical perorates groups to reticulation community inclined to horizontal style consists of centralism temporary unities around specific and vital problem.
