Study On Abolishment Of Law

The law is the key tool for governance, while the good law is the premise of the good governance. To promote the rule of law, we shall adhere to legislative going ahead of the rest, enhance legislation quality, improve the legislative system and mechanism, and develop law making, law revision and law abolishing simultaneously. The good law requires the legislative body make new law,revise and abolish existing and outdated law according to the change of social relations, thereby improve its timeliness, systematization, pertinence and effectiveness.Since the reform and opening up, the law making and law revision constantly develop,but law abolishing lags behind. Academic research in law abolishing is insufficient.The recognition of definition, connotation, extension and the analysis between law abolishing and relevant legislative activities are deficient. The legislation practice shows that the abolishling technology is immature and the revision and abolishing are indiscriminate. This thesis researches the present situation of practice and academic research and analyzes the question of the practice an academic research. I hope make contributions to the law abolishing practice and academic research.
