"Internalization" is a term of much significance in the category of ideological andpolitical education. The effectiveness of ideological and political education has beenrelated to its realization or the degree of its realization. Among realistic ideology andpolitics educational practice, there often appear obstacles of ideological and politicaleducation internalization, which affects the smooth process of ideological andpolitical education studying. Therefore, taking obstacle in studying, finding out causesof the obstacles and proposing measuring of overcoming become one of the importanttasks of ideological and political education. This paper tries to do some preliminaryresearch of obstacles of "internalization" of ideological and political education from apsychological perspective.The paper indicates that obstacles of ideological and political education mean theeducatees are under unharmonious way of cognition, feeling and intention on the onehand, and mean the educatees fail one part or more of the process of regarding,understanding, accepting and forming concept of ideological and political education,and lost the way of education contents absorbing and value system consisting andsublimating on the other hand. The representative obstacles of ideological andpolitical education are the ones that appear in the process of "internalization","enternalization" and mental acceptance.From the psychological point of view, the paper illustrates that the reasons ofobstacles of ideological and political education in-taking partly because of thepsychology distortion of the educatees, such as incorrect attitude, unreasonable desire,wrong cognition system, unharmonious relationship with others, problems ofindividual mentality and false ideal, faith and Weltanschauung as well;partly becauseof the educator's psychological factor. For instance, the educator lacks the prestige,they intent to controls the educatees, which causes antagonistic psychology and theinaccurate orientation view they hold etc... Obviously, unreasonable education content,inappropriate methods of teaching and inadequate education environment are maincauses of obstacles of ideological and political education internalization.To overcome obstacles of ideological and political education internalization, thispaper puts forward suggestions: Improve educator's overall qualities in an all-roundway, strengthen the building of contingent of ideological and political education;Fully respect the entity status of the educatees, Establishing the education idea thatpeople come first and the educational content reflects personal value;createinnovative ideological and political education method according to the demands of theeducatees;Optimize the ideological and political education environment, Create goodatmosphere of ideological and political education internalization, and so on.It will help us extend ideological and political education by studying obstacles ofobstacles of ideological and political education internalization. And meantime, thiskind of practice may inspire us that any issue should be explored and studied from themulti-disciplinary perspective.
