Ideological and political education is the social practice activity that theideological and political educators through organized and planned educational impactto promote the education objects form the ideological and political character thatsociety requires. The internalization of the ideological and political education as thekey to the ideological and political education process,its effect directly reflects theeffectiveness of the ideological and political education, and it means so much to theideological and political education process. The education ideological and political areneither the self-education process by isolating the educated, nor a purely internalmental activity, it is the mental attitude transformation process under the interactionbetween the educator and student and the external social environment. In thistransformation process, education subject shoulders the responsibility of guiding andadjusting the educated to deepen understanding and identify education content, at thesame time it also has the conditions of controlling the educated internalization processand lifting internalization effect. This paper argues based on defining the concept ofeducation subject control the educated internalization process, the necessity and thetheoretical foundation of regulation, the form, the principle, the character and theimplementation of regulation.This paper has five parts. The first part is definition and interpretation of relatedconcept, mainly including the core concepts such as the internalization of theideological and political education, education subject and education subject regulation.The second part is about the necessity for education subject regulates theinternalization process and the features of the regulation. Educators regulate theinternalization reflects the dominance of educators in the internalization process,and it is also the inherent needs of ideological and political moral formation anddevelopment, educators’ regulation presented the external influences and internalpermeability, indirect effects and direct control, the unity of recurrent and innovativefeatures. The third part is the form and principle of educators regulate internalizationprocess, according to the performance of educated internalization the form of theeducators regulate can be divided into dredging and guiding, adjusting and correcting,restraining and controlling. The education subjects control needs to follow the principle of the combination of dominance and subjectivity, integrity and hierarchy,the class nature and scientific nature. The fourth part expounds the theory supportsand existed problems of education subject regulation. The fifth part is the mainimplementation strategies of education regulation, including regulation should adhereto the ideology of Marxism,integrate the content of education, set the education goalsscientifically and predict, evaluate and retroact to the entire internalization process.
