Rational Thinking Of Chinese Public Morals Quality With The Globalization Background

With the acceleration of globalization, the alteration of society and the advancement of science and technology, humans' living spheres are being linked up together. Seeing that close connection, the construction of public morals becomes more important, because the human society would not work without perfect public morals. What's more, the spheres connected with public morals are wider and wider. Some "non-morals" spheres in the past have been changed into "moral" ones. In order to greet the changes and challenges brought by globalization, construct socialist harmonious society and realize the eleventh "five-year" scheme, we must enforce the cultivation of citizens public morals' quality. Only the public morals consciousness are erected and internalized can we have a perfect social conditions, and realize the ideal of constructing harmonious society.On the basis of dialectical Marxism and historical Materialism, the article touches on the existing states of citizen public morals, analyzes the cause of present situation, and refers to the vital importance and urgency of public morals construction. Besides, the author puts the concrete countermeasure, and reminds people to attach importance to public morals.The article consists of 5 parts: preface, the first chapter, the second chapter, the third chapter and conclusion.The first chapter includes the concept and features of globalization, public morals and the significance of cultivating citizen public morals quality.
