The urbanization movement in the world,is a big trend.Although in some developedcountries appear in a “counter urbanization”, but, as far as the status quo and developmenttrend in China, in a clear forward movement is still in process of urbanization.As China’surbanization movement in a vigorous manner, creating a large number of both is different fromtraditional farmers is also different from that of the public “new citizen”groups. They left thesurvival of land on the one hand, and social transition from rural areas to the cities, while theirtraditional way of life was changed in the urbanization campaign to promote, to another way ofurbanization. Problems in this process is complex and obvious, particularly notable is the “newpeople” in the sense of social morality problems in the area. Overall, their sense of publicmorality are relatively weak or even missing, cannot be better integrated into the urban life,and rhythm and adapted to the development needs of the city.This is a profound historical and social reasons.Urbanization of the ultimate goal of thecampaign is not only an economic development and also to ensure the upgrading of people’sspiritual and cultural quality, creation of a civilized society. Thus, research on new publicawareness of social morality aspect is very important. The reason behind not only mining issues,also features combined with times, to effectively address and resolve this issue. Only increasesthe new public awareness of social morality,their transformation from traditional rural way oflife in the modern city lifestyle, in order to more effectively and more effectively promoteChina’s urbanization movement.
