Impact And Countermeasure Of Globalization To Chinese Independent Policy

China carries out the long-term independent foreign policy, which is also a basic nationalpolicy that China has to insist for building the whole well off society. The globalization is themost basic feature of modern politic and economy development, and it is the inevitable trendof the world history development. Globalization as an inevitable objective reality would makeevery country in the world participate with different degree soon or later. Meanwhile, theglobalization as a two blades sword is the objective history process driven and guided by thecapitalistic countries. On one hand, it provides the valuable chance for the development ofChinese economy through the best match among the capital flow over nations, thecommunication of skill and product element, on the other hand, with the development ofglobalization, the problems and risks are also globalized, which has put forward challenge toour sovereignty and impacted Chinese politic, economy and culture seriously. In generalspeaking, the western developed countries control the process of globalization due to theiradvantages of science and economy, so the developing countries are in the dark situation now.If they want to participate the globalization, they have to give up some rights. China has toparticipate and face vigorously to the globalization after entered WTO, however, that wouldimpact the independent policy guided by Marxism principle. On the basis of insisting ourindependent policy and standing on the fact with the attitude of truth how to face theglobalization and realize Chinese revival is the urgent problem to solve and also is moredifficult problem to link the bridge of world and realize the modern well-off standard.However, we should see that the globalization is the problem of development. No matterhow much benefit and harm it brings, we can't take the measure of avoidance. What we haveconsidered is only to estimate the situation of globalization with the combination of theChinese situation and feature, then from the Chinese reality and benefit point of view to makea set of development strategy and countermeasure participate correctively in the process ofglobalization. Therefore, this paper has analyzed that the globalization has brought thechallenge to the Chinese independent foreign policy in the beginning. Then it has consideredmaintaining the state sovereignty and realizing economy and society to develop instabilization, harmony and continuance.There are three parts in my paper. The first part is to introduce the concept and history ofthe independent policy. The second part is to analyze the challenge to Chinese independentforeign policy put forward by globalization. The third part is to discuss the countermeasure tocarry out the independent policy in China under globalization.
