Hypothesis Of Government Administrative Reform Under The Modern Market Economy: An Analysis On The Construction Of Market Government

Government and market are the two basic organization forms of human society and they are also two powerful strengthen to impel, control and influence the development of the society. The practices of all countries proved that a democratic, responsible, capable, efficient and transparent government is the public's expectation and it is crucially important to the social development of a country or a region. With the deepening of the reform, to adapt to the needs of market system and public administration development under the background of entering WTO, the sixteenth communist party plenary meeting established the policy of constructing market economic system roundly. Therefore, there are some reference value to analyze how to deal with the relationship between government and market, enterprise and society, consummate control system, consummate government behavior, form new administration mode, enhance government administration efficiency under the condition of market economy. This thesis explores and analyzes the construction of market government rationally.
