| The success of constructing the Electronic Government Administration (EGA) will plans an unmeasurable role in the government's construction reforms including shifting the functional authority, integrating work, recombining constructions, rebuilding process, and blazing new trail in administration. Likewise, it greatly improves the efficiency and quality of administration, strengthens government's capacity of supervision and service, driving the national economy and information into society, promoting the overall strength of our nation and the international capacity of competition. EGA is a significant historical opportunity for our country to drive the industrialization with spreading information, develop information with industrialization, and achieve the spanning development. Until now, the whole nation is designing the general plans and implementing schemes of the regional and departmental constructing the EGA. According to the statistics from some relevant departments, the total investment reaches a sum of a hundred billion in the EGA plans and schemes of the governments and departments at all levels. Before implementing some schemes and plans, we must deepen the insight into EGA, seize hold of the key points in construction, evade risks and win challenging. So it is meaningful in fastening the development of out EGA, reducing detours, and lessening the unnecessary waste of national properties. This article respectively discusses the EGA's definition, features, current situations, and some constructional problems. Still, it analyzes the development trend of EGA, comparing our EGA with some developed nations' and poses the indispensable strategy of our current EGA.
