Public Security Basal Management Information System

Along with the advancement of the information technology and the high development of the productive force, public security work is facing huge chances and challenges. So it is necessary to seize opportunities actively, meet challenges and strengthen technological constructions of the public security unhesitatingly according to external requests of the social situations and actual requires of the public security work. Public security department, which executes the law, has duties to safeguard the national security, strike the criminality, maintain the social stability, prevent people's life and property from being infraction and protect the socialistic reform and opening-up. The public security department should have abilities to cope with emergent events because the crimes of criminals are more and more advanced. Except the communication ability and traffic ability, the information ability is also the basis to improve the response velocity of the public security department. Public security basal management information system which resolves the fast exchange of the information and inquiry, has good benefits in all factors. It can develop the work of the public security information, strengthen the construction of the information system and broaden the ascensive space.In the development process of the Public security basal management information system, we used 《century bridge management information system design terrace》 which is the newest production by Hualuogeng Software Institute as the design tool, ASP as the development environment, and Oracle as the design tool of the Database to design a network Public security basal management information system based on Public security four layers network..I joined in the project and do part research work. Contraposing requests by interacting data between cities and counties, I gave two kindsof solutions. One is called the Oracle advanced replication by applying relevant system parameters, building main sites and actual view sites, and adopting the technology of one-way asynchronous replication. Another is called the Oracle memory process through building Dblink between variable databases in counties and major databases in cities, then the changes from the major databases in the counties can reflect from the variable databases in the counties. Moreover, the interactions will realize when revise the major databases in the cities accordingly according to the changed data from the variable databases in the counties.
