A Theory On Administrative Assistance

In order to attain the goal of administrative, the administrative departments should assist each other within the popedom of their own because of the diversity, complexity and specialty of the administrative tasks. This has showes the signifance of administrative assistance. The administrative assistance is an important task in administration. From the points of all developed countries, the research of administrative assistance is perfect while the research of administrative assistance in our country is still absent. The author tries to study it wholly.This thesis is divided into three parts: the first part "the basic theory of administrative assistance" resolves the definition, meaning, character, basis, character of administrative assistance. Besides these, the author differentiate administrative assistance from other close concepts. In the second part "the research of administrative assistance system", the author analyses the portion of administrative assistance. In the last part, the author analyses the presence of administrative assistance in china, and raises some suggestions of it.
