The practice of the four respects will greatly improve the villagers' consciousness, such as participation, competition and self-decision. With the effect of them, a series of stable and harmonous factors will emerge gradnally in the villages to construct harmonous social ordersand system. The thesis also analyzes the relationship between the size of the self-governing organization and the efficiency of it, and then points ont that this is also an importamt problem to solve in the development and deepening of the self-government of the villagrs.
