Research On The New Cooperation Pattern Between Our Country & Civil Society In The New Era

This article aims at the social features of separation & interactive cooperation between our country & our civil society from the overall structure of a modern society; this is an issue which has the important theory & practical significance among the theories in China's social transition. Practice has proved: How does a state transfer powers to lower levels? How is the government going to change its functions? Etc. If there is no civil society in existence advancing progressively towards the healthy developing way, China's transfer of powers to lower levels can't be along the correct & reasonable direction of flow and even it will lead to a social disorder. Clearly, the existence of a civil society in our country will not only be very necessary, but it will be the most powerful support for our country's reform of political system. The formation of civil society will be an important symbol of the social structure in China in the gradual transition from the traditional to modern societies. Studying the theory of civil society is a complete-new starting point for separation & interactive cooperation between our country & our civil society.At the same time, this paper also regards the interactive cooperation relationship of our country and citizen society as the constructing direction of China management structural reforms, and provides the theory and policy suggestion. It shows at the macroscopic researches, that is, seeing from the angle of"perfect management"—the good interactive relationship, mainly it's about the appearance of the civil society in China & its developing causes & process, the main problems that we are to face and policy suggestions; and it also shows microcosmic researches, i.e, seeing from the angle of non-governmental organization, community construction, developing public services and so on, in order to explore the construction of the new cooperation pattern between our country and our civil society, and then to realize our beautiful goal of political development in making our country stronger and our society more progressive, and finally we're sure to step into the harmonious society.
