Through the interpretation of the book Zur Kritik der Hegelschen Rechts- philosophie, which is Marx's earlier works, the article makes a carding in Hegelian law philosophy with critical and transcendental thought. It carried on a kind of critical feeling in metaphysics to the former law philosophy. In the book Zur Kritik der Hegelschen Rechts-philosophie, Marx analyzed and commented on parts of Hegelian Grundlinien der Philosophie des Rechts oder Naturrecht und Staatswissenschaft im Grundrisse. The reason why Marx wrote this book is closely related to his law thought and the developing processes in his earlier periods. He was born in a family of law, and given the edification when he was young. When he studied the law in the university, Marx's points of view were greatly influenced by the Kant's objective idealism. After finishing university, Marx was affected by the Hegelian law philosophy. He thought that law was the product and presentation of"rationalism"or"reasoning". But, once contacted to the real world, Mark found that he could not resolve the actual problem with this theory. So, he came to realize that points of nations and laws received from Hegel were quite different from our actual life. He also saw the sharp discrepancy between them. To a large extent, this pushed him to introspect Hegelian's law philosophy. Then Marx noticed not only the economic problem that former law thinker made light of, to be used to explain the relationship among country, law and society, but also saw the essence of the Hegelian law philosophy was elaboration of the German propertied class"modern nation". Therefore, in order to negate the nature of Hegel's law philosophy, he must break off from his law philosophy and separate in thoughts from Hegel's spiritualism. Just through self-criticism and self-introspect, Marx could change his thought basically in early days.
