New Commentary On Sources Of International Economic Law

In this paper, the author is trying to study the issue of sources of international economic law (IEL) with new methods and new perspectives, namely, with an opinion of developing and interacting, and with an objective point of view, and from the point of view distinguishing IEL from the science of IEL. For those reasons, the author puts forward a new concept,"the sources of research on the science of IEL", and brings the sources of IEL into this concept. The purpose of this paper is to putting forward new methods and perspectives of study, and studying the issue of sources of IEL on these grounds, so as to clarify these problems: what rules IEL includes, and what effect these rules have, and what regular pattern is in international law-making process.This paper is divided into three portions: introduction, text and conclusion. In the introduction, the author makes a short comment on domestic scholars'research on the issue of the sources of IEL, and points out the merit and shortcoming in scholars'methods of study, and puts forward the author's methods of study. In the text, the author discusses the methods and perspective of study on the subject of this paper in detail, then studies the sources of IEL and other sources of research on the science of IEL individually.
