The Rural Democratization (also known as villagers autonomy) which has so far experienced twenty years of development and refinement, has been the focus of attention of theorists. Especially after the Party's"16 Fifth Plenary Session"proposed the construction of the new socialist villages, the level of attention to the rural democratization has become higher and higher. As a rural investigator, I prefer to integrate theories into practice through systematic study of MPA course. The essay is mainly based on practice, supported by theories, and uses 27 villages in our town as investigation objects, to explore rural democratization process. On the one hand, it affirms the positive effects of rural democratization and its profound implications; on the other hand, it notes the negative effects of some factors which slow the rural democratization. The essay analysts the causes and background of the factors, summarizes the factors which are internal and which are external, which are variable and which are invariable or difficult to change, and tries to find the way to solve the problem, in order to make the rural democratization enter the track as soon as possible and lay a solid foundation to realize a broader democratization.The first part of the essay is to define the"farmer group", aiming to find the theoretical support for the case investigation and analysis of the third part. Firstly, it defines the character of the Party and the farmer group, that is, farm group in the country's political position. It mainly expounds: 1. farmer group has enormous population scale, but it has been politically marginalized; 2. farmer group has been made the foundation of social stability through low cost and secure way; 3. the pooling strength of farmer group is attracting political attention in the initial stage; 4. the narrowing gap between farmer and worker group will provide the opportunity for integration of the Community interests. Secondly, it defines the change and construction of farmer group structure. It mainly analyzes: 1. the total number of farmers group; 2. the dividing mechanism of farmer group, especially the internal mechanism; 3. from the structural point of view, farmers can be divided into different levels and groups;...
