Research On The Political Participation Of Contemporary China

The political participation is the base of the democratic politic development, it's also a elementary problem in the political study. Chinese and foreign researchers have made deep researches on it and greatly achieved in this study. They have a common goal that a good political participation pattern should be established ,which is favorable to the developmental order of the democratic politics. From the perspective of political order, that the political participation refers to the citizen's behavior that affects the political process, through the political participation and regulating participation, and under the effective control and the conformity of the political system. The political order requests the behavior main body to controllably participates in the political life with the attitude of acknowledging the participating and conforming to the actual participating requests. Only by this way can we keep the political order well. Understanding and grasping the political participation of the Contemporary China from the perspective of political order is of great significance to controlling the overall situation of our political participation development, to promoting the the harmonious development of the democratic politics and to maintaining the political stability and order of the whole society. This thesis firstly discussed on the political participation and its theory and them analized the theorys historic background ,the reviews,the basic values and its historic limitation.Tha purpose is to provide an important basis for the study of Contemporary China's political participation.This article presents us the obvious progress,development and the characterstic of our country's political participation ,which mainly produced by every political mainbody's participation in political life.with the guidance of political participation rules and under the leading and conforming of Chinese Communist party.This kind of participation is a new form participation on the basis of market economy.In the globalization and under the social reforming environment,the theory itself, has analyzed the historical background, the viewpoint, the political participation is being converted to the norm,order and harmony from its loss of norm ,order and its disordered participation. The writer also analyzed the probiems esisting in China's political participation,whichare embodied by the unbalanced structure and the disorder of the participation.these problems are caused not only by the social change under the reform,but also by the lack of proper control and comformity.the deep reason lies in the bacic value,which should be the adaption to the democratic political development.the citizen's democratic awareness of the mainbody,which are not well developed.moreover this kind of consciousness has not obtained the effective approval and internalization,and the requlating design of political paticipation has not become the mainbody's norm in their political life.The thesis have put forward the ordering political participation developing pattern— Balanced,Standard,Controllablity,Stablity.It's thought of the best development pattern in China's political participation.In the construction of the ordering political participation and its development pattern,we should defend our social justice,promote people's overall and free development on the basis of observing the construction basic principles and defend the political legitimacy.At the same time,we should pay attention to the establishment of the mainbody structure,which balances the political participation,guarantees citizen's equal participation;helps to set up the political participation principles;lays the solid rugular fundation;pefects the political participation control,and provides effectively the participating safeguard system from three aspects.
