Research On Current Chinese Citizen's Orderly Political Participation

The development of the democracy is essential demand of socialism.Socialism and democratic politics have a profound internal consistency. China's democratic development is an important element of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and the basic requirements of construction of a harmonious socialist society. Political participation is the core and the basic characteristics of democracy ,and also is the essential requirement of the world's countries in the development of democratic politics.It is the basic condition to maintain democracy politics. Under the socialist system , participating political actively of broad masses of the people is important expression as the masters .Currently, China is undergoing accelerated phase of social transformation . The rapid social transition not only relates to the field of economic structural transformation, the transition mechanism, the adjustment of interests ,and also includes the political integration of political field, transformation of government functions and the changes of ideological and cultural fields .So, party and government face the complex problems .And , since the beginning of reform and opening up , economic development to promote the consciousness of interests awakening of the citizens . Interests is continuously dividen . New interest groups continue to emerge . This makes the new interest groups and all social strata prone to conflicts of interest, generate new tensions . Another, China's eastern regional economic development imbalances and the urban-rural income gap is widening. All these issues easily lead to disorder and non-rational political participation and happen social unrest, so that our political system is facing tremendous pressures and challenges .To face the challenges , for the building of a harmonious development and to achieve development in harmony, our Party raised a society goal of building a socialist harmonious . To achieve this goal, need to expand oderly political participation of citizens. Then, what value does an orderly political participation of citizens ? Which factors affect the orderly participation in the political ?What about the status of China's current orderly participation of citizens? And, Which pathes can we choose for the implementation of orderly political participation of citizens?All of these will become the main problems discussed in this paper.The first chapter of this paper focus on the meaning of political participation , the meaning of orderly political participation ,and the valueof orderly participation in the political.The second chapter analyse the main factors of affecting the orderly participation in the political .The third chapter analyse the status of China's current participation of citizens.The fourth chapter analyse the pathes of choosing for the implementation of orderly political participation of citizens.
