Abstract: The transition of the society started from the seventies in the last century, was a systematical engineering, with the power of being open to the world and reform, with the modernization taken for core, with the globalization taken for the background , taking serving the development in an all-round way of the socialist enterprise as goal .As a later-developing modernized country, if we want to reach the goal of catching up with and surpassing the developed countries in the process of modernization, we must proceed from the social reality of our country and take the path of leap-typed development .So, the social transition of our country have the compression in the space-time with high strength , and the political culture as the social ideology also demonstrates the diversificated and complicated characteristic in the period of sharply overall social transition.
