According to the American contemporary political sociology scholar Huntington’s Theory, The third wave of democratization has spread to Southeast asia. Indonesia, The "authoritarian" regime of Singapore, Thailand and other countries gradually to the so-called "democracy" transformation, that change the political system of the Southeast Asian countries, affects the change of political culture in Southeast Asia at the same time, The change mainly reflected in the southeast of Confucianism "fragmentation"、The traditional political culture’ s westernization.. The traditional religiou’s extramalization and the rise of nationalism etc.This paper holds that political change caused by democratic appeal as well as the external forces. It mainly includes the change of political situation after the Cold Wa、the cultural strategy of Western powers、the influence of the so-called "democratic" wave etc. Due to the rapid rise of the China and ideology. China has always been Western powers’main target to curb and peaceful evolve, The main strategy of the Western powers is regard The Chinese surrounding as key areas of "democratic transformation", in order to change the regime of China. The Southeast Asia and China are linked mountains and rivers, have same blood and culture in geography. The Southeast Asia political change and political culture change, which will have a huge impact on our political culture, cause a serious threat to the safety of China’s political culture.Since thirty years of reform and opening up,our country gained the success that attract worldwide attention in the aspects of the political, economic, social development. In the new century, China has gradually entered the critical period of social transformation. During the period of social transformation, social conflicts and social contradictions will into high-incidence season. More and more become the hot issues of Academic circles’concern to expand intra party democracy, public participation in politics. To strengthen the research on political change in Southeast Asia,aiming at maintain the safety of China’s political culture, so make sure to lay a solid foundation that keep sustained and stable and healthy development of China. Therefore, Study on the Southeast Asian political change has certain theoretical significance, practical value and more.In this paper, first to analyze the political changes, the change of political culture, political culture security theory etc, then analysis Southeast Asia’s regime change and the path of political culture change and political change in the form of ASEAN countries. Next to analysis the threat of Southeast Asia’s political culture security on China, thus to get the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to maintain our country’s political and cultural security. I. e, China must strengthen the construction of the mainstream political culture, consolidate the foundation of traditional culture, Strengthen China and Southeast Asian countries’coooperation in non-traditional security and the cultural industry, in order to achieve political cultural security of China.
