The development theory of Mao Ze-dong, Deng Xiao-ping and Jiang Ze-min is formed under the background of the socialism revolution, construction, reform and open policy and the theory is the combination of the Marxism development theory and the Chinese practice, and is the important instruction thought of the social and economic development in China. Mao Ze-dong thought, Deng Xiao-ping theory and "the three representatives" of Jiang Ze-min have the same theory origin, development direction, development principles and basement. However, there exist some differences in the main contents, basic characteristics and theory values, because the historical conditions background of times and subjective awareness vary from time to time.Studying and analyzing the differences among the development theories in the new stage of the new century is not only benefit to help make sure the basic framework and general contents but also prompt us to study the spirits of keeping pace with the times in their great thoughts. It helps us not only in summarizing the experience and lessons in socialism construction but also in further exploring and knowing the rules of the human society, especially the rules of the socialism society.
