During the development of the world economy, we may divide the economical development into the developed country and the developing country. Because the developing nation occupies the majority of the global country, therefore the main task of the economy development is to promote the developing nations development, this is the problem that all the countries faces.The five countries of Central Asia after independent since 1991, for attracts the foreign investment, has formulated the foreign investment law and a series of related laws and regulations. As the developing nation, Facing the economical globalization tide, how to improves their investment law, carries out each legal laws and regulations earnestly, creates a good legal environment and the social environment for the foreign capital, attracts more foreign capitals, raising themselves economy level of development and the level of development of society, and brings their country people the welfare, simultaneously, how to avoids the adverse effect in the globalization which brings to the state economy, how to enhances the guard economical risk unceasingly ability, not only this is the important issue which the central Asia countries face, but also is the important issue which all developing nations face.This article plans to unify the elementary theory of international investment laws, and by longitudinal and crosswise comparison method, study mainly on Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan's the foreign law, to analyses every countries' investment legislation characteristic, legislation guidance and developmental strategy. Finally to summarize the trend of the invest legislation in the three central-Asia countries and a great important effect to our country in the economical globalization background.
