Design Of Automation Command System Based On Web

The construction of military command automation is an important foundation to dominate the information-based war. It is also a principal project of the military informational construction. This article mainly analyzes and designs two command automation systems based on army interior comprehensive command net which are antiterrorist and stable maintaining system, emergency and disaster releasing system. That net is physics isolated with INTERNET.Considering the uncertainty of happening time of terrorism and emergency disaster releasing events, command objects, places of command objects, this system uses the frame that combining C/S and B/S structure. The system not only are highly expandable, but also make the permitted computers accept direction by browser in any time and at any place where can connect to the synthesis command network.The system combines information releasing, graphics processing and multimedia communication, forming three subsystems which are information releasing, graphics processing and multimedia communication. The information release subsystem is to construct the command network station and release real-time command information. Based on MGIS, the graphics processing subsystem aims at the displaying of troop disposition, equipment deployment, facility deployment and manoeuver in military electron map. The giving of real-time directional orders, reporting of campaign complexion and monitoring of the situation are realized by multimedia communication subsystem, using informational interaction, such as typewriting, audio, video and tabula."The command is the handle of sword of the battle power".
