Citizen's Right To Work And Its Realization Under Market Economy

The problem of a right to work is a public law issue, as well as a private law issue. It is not only belong to labor law, also relates to some subject such as: economic, political science and constitution. From the view of the world, the right to work is a historic, developing and dynamic conception. It has experienced the process of nothing toward something, the simple toward the complex. Different rights to work patterns reveal different historical periods of political and economical condition in history. In China, the pattern of right to work went through two stages: planned economy and primary market economy. To some degree, studying the character,basic theory,security system of the right to work has important value in theory and in practice as well. Our country is at the primary stage of socialism market economy, to realize citizen's labor right still faces a challenge, go off problem is serious, so it is important and urgent to study the problem of the right to work and the measure of security at the stage of market economy.The realization process of the right to work is the operation process of the subject involving in social relations. The effect of the realization of the right to work is controlled by the conditions of the subject of the right to work and all kinds of complex objective factors. Besides the conceptions of the subject of the right to work are also very important to the effect. The realization of the right to work of citizens is a complex systematic project. In subjectively, we must change the concept of the right to work of citizens. In objectively, we must establish and perfect the relative security system. The realization of the right to work of citizens is a comprehensive social problem.
