The Analysis Of Chinese Officials Corruption In The Course Of Social Transition

In the course of social transition of China, a lot of official corruption cases have been spreading. This problem ruined the reputation of government and reform. It has become a serious social and political problem in China. This phenomenon indicates it is a formidable challenge we have to accept that to treat the corruption in the period of transition in China.This paper starts with the theoretical research on the reason of corruption. It posts the springhead of officials' corruption and makes the economic analysis of officials' corruption. This paper makes particular conclusion and profundity anatomy of the appearance, character, harmfulness and springhead of officials' corruption in the course of transition of China. By using the reference of experience of some countries' treating corruption, this paper bring out the following countermeasures about treating corruption in the course of transition of China: Firstly, the government should carry out the system innovation in order to prevent or reduce the abuse of power. Secondly, the government should strengthen the lawmaking of treating corruption in order to set up legal order or environment of treating corruption. Thirdly, the government should set up modern administrant system of officials in order to enhance the self immunity of officials. Fourthly, the government should set up and perfect supervising mechanism in order to prevent or control the form of corruption. Fifthly, the government should exert the power of public opinion in order to restrict and blow the spreading of corruption effectively.
