Study On Preventive Legislation Of Professional Crime

The thesis consists of five parts. The first part chiefly explains the relationship between professional crime and legislation of preventive law by illustrating the harms, features and causes of professional crime and effects of legislation of preventive law. The second part deals with fundamental ways, effective safeguard, important contents and basic framework of containment and prevention of professional crime, hence its necessity and feasibility. The third part is about the framework of its legislation. It includes the underlying theories of the legislation, textual structure of the articles, subjects of prevention of professional crime and its corresponding responsibilities, measures taken, prescription of the responsible organizations, administrative mechanism. The fourth part explores the relevant relationships which should be well dealt with in the course of prevention of professional crime. They include the relationship with investigational work, Party committee, commission for disciplinary inspection, people's congress and Political Consultative Conference, administrative organizations and public opinion propaganda. The fifth part is an addition which surveys the relationship between legislation of preventive law and establishment of a harmonious society and its effect.
