The progress of the low-carbon technologies has become the key factorswhereby the manufacturing industry in China can readjust itself tolow-carbonization,improve low-carbon products and technique,and realize thechange of developmental method.It is common knowledge that the progress ofthe low-carbon technologies in manufacturing industry in a country not onlycomes from domestic self-aid technological innovation,but also foreigntechnological spread.There is a wide gap between the levels of the Chineselow-carbon technologies and the world’s advanced low-carbon technologies,so, inenergy-conservation and emission reduction,China has an obviously sequentialadvantage that through learning and importing the advanced low-carbontechnologies from the developed countries,China has a larger space to improveefficiency of resources utilization and the level.With the progress of sci-tech andrapid development of economic and trade globalization,intellectual property,as animportant strategic resource for the development of a country has become one ofthe key factors which influences spread of international new and hightechnologies.The level of intellectual property protection influences not onlydomestic self-aid technological innovation,but also strategic choice of foreignmultinational corporations’ international technological shift to China.Obviously,according the reality of the manufacturing industry in China, study on how todetermine level of the appreciate protection of intellectual property and utilizevarious international technological spread efficiently has theoretical and practicalsignificance for acrossing development and changing upgrade of nationalmanufacturing industry low-carbonization.Therefore, on account of the spread tracks of international low-carbon technologies, the thesis studies the influence of the protection of the intellectualproperty on the low-carbon technological spread in the manufacturing industry.First, the thesis analyzes relative concepts of the protection of the intellectualproperty and low-carbon technological spread of manufacturing industry, basedon the influential mechanism of intellectual property protection on low-carbontechnological spread of national manufacturing industry, structuring its notionpattern. Second,the thesis,according to the pattern,utilizes Chinese2004-2012sequential data to conduct separate regression analysis of low-carboninternational trade of the manufacturing industry, FDI low-carbon technology andlow-carbon patent application,the three main low-carbon technological spreadtracks.But strengthen intellectual property protection promotes growth in patentsfor the low-carbon technologies in manufacturing industry and low-carbontechnological spread. The thesis on the basis of the theory of intellectual propertyprotection and low-carbon technological spread of manufacturing industry,analyzes and justifies the result, and propose the targeted the policy suggestionswith the theoretical basis.
