The integration of culture with science and technology is a process which mainly transform culture from resource form into cultural product in value form through scientific and technological means.It is also an important path for the innovation of traditional cultural products and the dissemination of contemporary culture.It is of great significance to study and promote the integration of culture,science and technology in the legal system,to carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture and the dissemination of contemporary advanced culture,to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese culture,and to meet the cultural needs of people at different levels.Culture is the soul of a nation,and its people.The current integrated development of culture with science and technology has not only injected vitality into traditional and contemporary Chinese culture,but also created a new cultural format,which has brought great economic and social benefits to the country.The Party and the government clearly emphasize that we should attach great importance to the strategic task of promoting the integration of cultural development and scientific and technological innovation and conscientiously implement the task.Therefore,it is imperative to establish and improve the integration of culture,science and technology and legal system.There are four main problems in the integration of culture,science and technology and legal system,including the low legislative rank of the integration of culture,science and technology and legal system;the lack of the leading cultural science and technology industry promotion law;the uncoordinated law enforcement and management mechanism in the integration of culture,science and technology and legal system;the imperfect legal environment of investment and financing of the integration of culture,science and technology and legal system,and the legal protection system of intellectual property rights of the integration of culture,science and technology and legal system still need to be improved.According to the above problems,it is suggested that the improvement of the legal system of the integration of culture,science and technology and legal system in China should step up the legislative pace,strengthen the formulation of the basic law,issue cultural science and technology industry promotion law as soon as possible,coordinate the law enforcement and management mechanism of the integration of culture,science and technology and legal system,further establish and improve the coordination mechanism of inter-departmental deliberations,establish andimprove the legal environment for investment and financing of the integration of culture,science and technology and legal system,and improve the legal protection system of intellectual property rights in order to promote the operation of the legal system of the integration of culture,science and technology and legal system in China.
