The internal conflicts within the administrative organization have become a common phenomenon in the administrative organization, whose management effects are directly related to what degree the administrative organization's goals will be attained. During the social transforming period when the building of a harmonious society is emphasized, the research on the internal conflicts within the administrative organization bears both theoretical and practical significance. Based on the theory of conflict management and harmonious management, this thesis mainly explores the management of internal conflicts in the administrative organization from the perspective of organizational management. The objective of studying this matter from a new theoretical perspective is to achieve the harmonious management of the internal conflicts within the administrative organization, hence to improve the efficiency of the conflict management as well as contribute to the current research. After brief analysis of the internal conflicts in the administrative organization and its management, this study focuses on the harmonious management of the internal conflicts in the administrative organization from the perspective of harmonious management theory. Finally, based on the above analysis, the features of the harmonious management of the internal conflicts in the administrative organization are also briefly discussed.
