The conflict is a common phenomenon in the organization. The traditional organization theories mostly had negative point of view on the conflict and thought the conflict was a barrier to the development, the goal and the efficiency of the organization. While the modern management theories reveal that the conflict is not only destructive but also constructive and sometimes certain conflicts even have greater constructive power. In our country conflicts usually occur in the administrative organizations because of different values, the unreasonable function design or the interest dispute of intraorganization, interorganization intragroup, intergroup and so on. By studying and comparing the domestic and foreign conflict theories , taking the materialistic dialectics of Marxist philosophy as the instruction, in this thesis the author analyses several common types of administrative organization conflicts which exist in our country at present and try to find out its root, its developing path as well as its influence.According to the objective reality of the reformation in society and economy in China, the author proposes some effective solution to conflicts in the administrative organization of our country in order to boost the harmonious political atmosphere, the political civilization and the construction of harmonious society.The following phenomena often appear in our country's administrative organization:value conflicts, function conflicts or interest conflicts between administrative organizations, official organization and unofficial organization, also the administrative personnel's interpersonal conflicts and role conflicts. No matter what kind of conflict it is, interest is its essence and core.In the process of managing administrative organization conflicts, the dialectical principle, the fair principle and the humanistic principle must be followed. The countermeasures of managing our country's administrative organization conflicts mainly include the following: perfecting administrative organization legislation, reforming administration organization, setting up a correct outlook on interests and strengthening the administrative communication and administrative moral construction. The conflict management means not only soluting and guiding the conflict but also stimulating the organization conflict in some way so as to make the organization maintain the reasonable conflict level because the organization can't develop quickly if there is no conflict or too little conflict, which will get the organization bogged down and lower its policy-making efficiency .
