A Study On The Establishment Of Political Mutual Trust In The Nations Of North-east Asia

North-east Asia's security has been a focal point at issue in the international politics.After the cold war,this problem becomes even more complex and intensive. But the security situation of North-east Asia appears some positive factors also,taking on the peaceable characteristic.According to above reason,Chinese government put forward New Security View.mutual trust, mutual profit,equalization and cooperation is the kernel of the new view on security .Scholars and experts of North-east Asia also concern the development of political mutual trust and cooperation lay in North-east Asia. Based on the former researches,this paper tries to analyze the evidence and the function of the establishment of political mutual trust among nations. Employed the basic points and methods of historical materialism this paper will analyze the reasons that damage political mutual trust among the nations of North-east Asia and put forward the concrete measures to cultivate political mutual trust among them,looking forward to becoming a equality,mutually beneficial, cooperation practice and to constructing a favourable surrounding for our country at the security aspect.
