Research On Comparing Chinese Administration System Reformation With Korea's At The Turn Of The Century

Alone with the globalization of economy, the administration'system is facing with the challenge from various parts. How to improve the ability to the challenge, is the rudimentary embodiment of governmental international competition in the competitive times. And all the country'government were aware of the administration system can not adapt to 21centry, which is full of variability .So ,they began to reform and fabricate the governmental administration system.China and Korea, which are both situated in East Asia Confucianism literary circles, are caring out the reform undoubtedly. Especially, in 1998, because of Financial crisis in East Asia, the two countries reform more deeply than before. And obtained good result. This text takes Korea to be a compare object, looks as if it hasn't efficient conditions at the first sight. Because the two countries have obvious difference in various aspects, such as the size of the country, the population, the consciousness and the national system adopted formally. But the similar traditional culture, the centralization mode of governance, and how to adopt western management thought reform process, how to choose a reform road which is adept to itself, is all worthy of comparison and study. The meaning of comparison mainly lies in, leading a general or regulation conclusion from the mutual parts which is found from comparison. And reveal the reason ,which lead to difference. By comparison , this text mainly draw the conclusion as below: which kind of experience and teach the two countries may get each ,during the reform period; what is the characteristics the two countries reform have ;what reason lead the difference in the two countries'reform. And I will try to put forward a suggestion to the Chinese administration reform.The paper includes mainly five parts:The first chapter analyzed the feasibility and denotation of comparison , mainly from history and culture background and the circumstance which affected the administration system reformation of the two countries.The second chapter introduced the main measures and effectiveness of Kim daejung'government , and Chinese government.
