Comparative Study On Food Safety Supervision System Between China And South Korea

Food safety concerns the national economy and people's livelihood.Food safety in China has always been the focus of public attention.In this field,the relevant system formulated by Korea has certain reference significance.From the perspective of comparative law,both countries have experienced the period of frequent food safety accidents,and have carried out substantial reforms in relevant institutions and systems,which have aroused wide social attention.By comparing the food safety supervision system between China and Korea,this paper finds out the shortcomings of the food safety supervision system in China,and tries to put forward solutions in order to improve the food safety level in China.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of the topic selection,the research status at home and abroad and the main framework of the paper.The second chapter mainly elaborates the related concepts of food safety supervision and the theoretical basis of food safety supervision.Chapter three mainly introduces the legislation status,supervision system and basic supervision system of China's food safety supervision system.Chapter IV mainly introduces the legislative status,regulatory bodies and food safety standards system of Korea's food safety supervision system.The fifth chapter compares the food safety supervision of China and Korea from three aspects of legislation,system and system,summarizes the reference of Korea in food safety supervision to China,and puts forward the existing problems of China's food safety supervision.Chapter VI,on the basis of learning from the advanced experience of Korea and according to the actual situation of China,puts forward corresponding suggestions.Based on the comparative study of food safety system between China and Korea,this paper puts forward the following suggestions in view of the existing problems of food safety supervision in China: Firstly,to establish a perfect food safety supervision legislation system;Secondly,to improve the food safety supervision system,establish administrative accountability mechanism,coordinate the responsibility of food safety supervision between central and local governments;Third,to improve the main system of food safety supervision,establish and improve the whole food chain risk monitoring and evaluation system,safety traceability system,illegal punishment system,information disclosure system and emergency response system;Fourth,to strengthen food safety publicity,public opinion supervision,and encourage consumers to safeguard their rights and other measures.Through the joint promotion of the above measures,we will build a sound legal system for food safety supervision and promote the healthy and orderly development of food safety environment in China.
