The environmental crime is as harmful to life, health and property for person as it is to ecological environment. In these years, environment pollution has brought tremendous handicap to China's socialistic construction. Almost all countries in the world have paid more and more attention to environmental crimes, especially those carried off by Artificial persons (in China we name them Unites). So it is meaningful to lucubrate the principal part and punishment of this type of environmental crime, and learn from the corresponding countermeasure of prevention and cure of pollutions from other countries. This research work would efficiently restrain environmental crimes, and offer the guidance for the research work of legal safeguard of environment and resource.This paper contains six parts.
