The City Privately Owned House Manages Regulation, The City House Ownership Manages Temporary Method and The People's Republic of China City Real Estate Management Method all say that the transfering of house ownership is posed to be registered,haven't yet registered,the ownership will not to be transferred. But, in fact ,many people don't carry on registering after purchasing houses,and sell the houses which weren't carried on ownership registerring again. When judicial organs meet this kind of case, they Negated its effect generally. But, the negativing of its effect will bring too much inconvenience, as well as disadvantageous in convenience and fast bargain. This kind of phenomenon once appeared as well in Korea and Japan. No registering of resaling houses is called omitted registration. This text mainly introduces the omitted registration in Korea and Japan, looking for paths to solve the omitted registration in China.
