Trlal On Forelgn Trade Law Of China

By the influence of economic globalization, the foreign trade of our country has gotten fastest development, the importance of the law of foreign trade of our country brings into by days. Therefore for foreign trade, the research of law is very important. This paper tries to analysis 04 FOREIGN TRADE LAW OF CHINA by discuss following three sides. First, by the comparison for 94 and 04 FOREIGN TRADE LAW OF CHINA, the superiority for 04 FOREIGN TRADE LAW OF CHINA is discussed. Second, analysis the insufficient of 04 FOREIGN TRADE LAW OF CHINA through macroscopic angle for the defect in service function, the insufficient place that protects function of the law, and how to prefect it. Third analysis the insufficient of 04 FOREIGN TRADE LAW OF CHINA through microscopic angle for the defect of terms and the lack of the law; and how to perfect the law.
