The Explorations Of Practice And Inspiration Of The Construction Of Grass-roots Organizations Of The CPC In The Early Period Of National Reconstruction

During the initial post-liberation period, The Communist Party of China (CPC) faced varies kinds of work such as establishing and strengthening the People's Democratic Regime, resuming and developing national economy, reforming means of production for socialism and tried to become a ruling party from a revolution party. In the course of transformation, the CPC took an active exploration for the construction of party organizations in grass-roots units, and initially formed the theory of the construction of party organizations in grass-roots units in the condition of being in power. Under the historical background, the dissertation reviews and discusses the construction of grass-roots organizations of the CPC in the early period of national re-construction, summarize a lot of good experiences and lessons. Those explorations are very important to the present construction of grass-roots organizations of the CPC. The dissertation is composed of three parts except the foreword and the concluding remarks.Chapter One expounds the new challenge which would block the construction of grass-roots organizations of the CPC from macro and micro view from the strategic angle which CPC from revolution to in power. From macro-analysis, the changes of CPC's social status, surroundings and main task caused new tests for the construction of grass-roots organizations of the CPC. From micro-analysis, the construction of grass-roots organizations of the CPC, which is effected by the intense wartime environment, could not meet the demands that party in power need. The problems are as followed: lacking the practical experience and theoretical foundation needed in peaceful construction environment, non-balanced distribution of grass-roots organizations, lacking purify in some grass-roots organizations and lacking purify in some party members' thought style.Chapter Two expounds the new exploration to grass-roots organizations of the CPC for realizing the transition from revolution party to the ruling party. We main study the historic practice from the following aspect: the construction of organized system, the orientation of the function, regulated work, the construction of the Party Members and the CPC'S Rectification Movement etc. the practical exploration during the period had accumulated a wealth of experience, which made significant impact on the construction of grass-roots organizations of the CPC later on.
