Study On Reform Of The Relationship Between Chinese Central & Local Governments

The relationship between central and local governments is an unavoidable concert in the word. Since 70-80s in 20 century, the public administration has been enlarged, and the relationship between central and local governments is more and more important.The Peoples Republic of China has been borne by the central -oriented relationship since 1949.How to deal with it will influence the national unification, political stability, economic development and social progress.
