Every country chooses the systems that are suitable to national conditions to occupy the superiority status. This competition rule choice is system competition. Economic Law is an important part of legal system. The system competition of Economic Law is explained that unique function and value of Economic Law compared with other systems. The System competitive power of Economic Law mainly manifests in the macroeconomic regulation and control law, the market gauge facture law, the enterprise promoting law and social protection law. In these four domains, Economic Law confirms the property right, reduce indeterminism, and provide the information and so on, to control macroscopic economy, maintenance market order, develop enterprise, and stabilize society. Economic Law of China, born in the end of 70's the 20th century, is valued by practice departments and academic circles. But, Even if Economic Law of China has experienced over 20 years, the system competitive power of Economic Law of China has not manifested fully. To manifest the system competitive power of Economic Law of China fully, China should perfect economical legislation, establish public lawsuit, strengthen function combination of Economic law, Constitution, Civil law and the Administrative law, at the same time, scholars of Economic Law should deepen the research of function of Economic Law.
