Namely, the author considers that Neo-liberalism serves for maximum interest of financial bourgeois as a kind of ideology for establishing hegemony of the United States. Essentially, it is a new tool of the United States for purpose of economic aggression and political overthrow. That is to say, it is a kind poison wrapped with economy. The scheme of United States'promoting Neo-liberalism is to transfer socialist countries into capitalist countries and to make the former become dependent countries of the United States and developing countries turn off to colonies again so as to seize world hegemony. The author also discusses occurrences of economic and financial crisis, currency crisis and debt crisis which lead thorough social and political crisis in Latin America, Russia and Asian countries resulting from promotion of Neo-liberalism. The spreading of Neo-liberalism policies in China has also caused damage and negative influence in some extent.
