With the development of science and technology, Internet has increasingly played a significant role in every part of our daily lives. Because adolescents are the main users of Internet and because they are the future of the world, the problems coming from Internet should be paid more attention. On account of its concealment, unreality and unstandardization, Internet will have some impacts on the adolescents' studying, personal communications, lives and so on. If the adolescents just accept the information from the net without any choices or comparisons, the net may do great harm to adolescents so that the adolescent won't have the right style of ideology and behavior, the rational view of life and value and the reasonable healthy morality and psychology. In consequence, the urgent is to focus on the adolescents' psychological health and some measures should be taken to strengthen the adolescents' ideology education and "Internet Morals" education. Last but not the least, we should find the practical methods that can guide the adolescents to make full use of the net. Only through this, can adolescents benefit from the net. This thesis can be divided into three parts. Part one illustrates the positive and negative effects that Internet may have on adolescents' psychology and behavior. Part two states the responsibilities of ideology education when adolescents develop their psychological health. Part three puts forward the new platforms of adolescents' ideology education according to the conditions of Internet.
